Missouri License Requirements

Your license must be purchased in the state of Missouri.
3 day waiting period from the time you apply for the license.
The license expires in 30 days.
No blood test requirements.

3 Day Waiver

We can request the 3 day waiting period to be waived in Taney and Christian county only.
We will need to make our contact ahead of time to request the waiver.
Once you schedule your wedding, I will request the waiver
and you will be able to pick your license up the same day you apply for it in either Taney or Christian County.

Courthouse Hours

The courthouse is open Mon - Fri 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (except on holidays).
You will need to go the courthouse in person and apply for the license during working hours.

You Live in Missouri

You can get your license in your Missouri county,
but I can not help you with the 3 day waiver out of our area.

Need

Picture ID such as your driver's license and possibly your social security card.
The cost of the license will range from $45.00 - $55.00
depending on the county you purchase it in.
